Cancellation Policy – GearUp Rental
Change of plans? No worries — we get it.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
Any amount paid in advance will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
This is because:
• Delivery and return logistics costs are incurred
• The gear is reserved exclusively for your booking period
• We lose rental availability for other riders
3. No-Show / Last-Minute Cancellation
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or requests cancellation after dispatch, it will be treated as a post-dispatch cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (for pre-dispatch cancellations) will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
