How It Works
Step 1: Select Delivery & Return Dates –
Choose your preferred delivery and pickup dates. These dates are not chargeable. Rental starts the day after delivery and ends one day before pickup.
Step 2: Place Your Order –
Select your riding gear and place the order in a few clicks. You can choose Pay Online or Pay on Delivery (where applicable).
Step 3: Complete Verification –
Most orders are auto-approved. If required, you’ll receive a quick verification link to complete the process.
Step 4: Delivery & Return –
GearUp Rental delivers your gear and arranges pickup after your rental period. You may request an extension subject to availability.

GearUp Rental – Damage Policy
We understand that riding gear is meant to be used, but proper care is expected. This Damage Policy explains how damages, loss, or missing items are handled during rentals.
1. General Policy
By renting from GearUp Rental, the customer agrees to be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft (disappearance) of rented items, regardless of cause or fault.
2. What is Considered Damage?
Damage refers to any permanent change in appearance or functionality of the product. Normal wear and tear from regular usage is not considered damage.
3. Repairable Damage
If the item is repairable, the customer will be charged:
– Actual repair cost + ₹250 (logistics and handling charges).
4. Irreparable Damage
If the item is beyond repair:
– The customer must pay the full current replacement value of the product.
– After payment, the damaged product will remain with the customer.
– A separate invoice will be issued for transparency.
5. Deposit Deduction
If a security deposit was collected:
– Repair or replacement costs will be adjusted against the deposit.
– If the cost exceeds the deposit, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
6. Missing Product Policy
If any rented item is missing:
– The customer must pay the replacement cost of the missing item.
– Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link.
7. Return of Missing Products
If the customer later finds the missing product:
– GearUp Rental will arrange pickup.
– Pickup charges will be borne by the customer.
– Rental charges will apply for each additional day until return.
8. Reporting an Issue
Any damage or issue must be reported within 3 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this window will not be considered, and the customer will be held liable.
9. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this policy may result in legal action or permanent suspension from GearUp Rental services.
GearUp Rental – Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy
At GearUp Rental, we focus on timely, transparent, and hassle-free delivery and pickup of riding gear so you can ride without worries.
1. Delivery & Pickup Timings
- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Pickup Time: Returns are collected between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- Delivery and pickup dates are complimentary. No rental charges apply for these dates.
2. Delivery Scheduling
- Early delivery requests may not always be accommodated.
- Customers are advised to plan their rental dates accordingly to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Return Scheduling
- Delayed pickup requests may not be accommodated.
- Customers must extend their rental before the due date to avoid penalties.
- Late returns will attract additional rental charges.
4. Charges & Payment
- Delivery and pickup charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery & Returns Process
- Delivery and pickup are handled via third-party logistics partners.
- Delivery agents will leave the package at your doorstep and collect it during return.
- Agents cannot conduct product demos, quality checks, or accept partial returns.
