At GearUp Rental, we aim to give every rider a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. Our exchange policy ensures you get the right gear, at the right time
1. Same-Day Exchange
• Same-day exchanges are offered to minimize inconvenience.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and serviceable location.
2. Exchange Timeframe
• Exchange requests are typically processed within 3–4 hours from confirmation.
• Actual timing may vary based on location, traffic, and stock availability.
3. Free Exchange for Our Mistake
• If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or defective product, we will arrange a free exchange at no
additional cost.
4. Customer-Requested Exchange (Size / Preference)
• Applicable for size issues, comfort preferences, or change of choice.
• Pickup and delivery charges will apply and be communicated before processing.
5. Condition of Items for Exchange
• Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition with all components intact.
• Exchanges will not be processed for items showing misuse or damage.
6. Exchange Request Window
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 hours of delivery.
• Requests after this window may not be accepted.
7. Availability Clause
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative may be suggested or the original item
continued.
Important Note
• Exchange approval is at the discretion of GearUp Rental after product inspection.
• Repeated exchange requests may be declined.
